About the Bug

My name, as far as anyone cares, is Buggie. I'm 20 years old, and I was born and raised in the Greater Chicago area in the Southwest suburbs. I'm currently in Idaho, attending Brigham Young University--Idaho as a Psychology major with a prospective German minor. My scheduled graduation is July 2015, but we'll have to see about that. That's three semesters away!

I don't have a whole lot of free time, thanks to a degree that kicks my butt. However, I spend my free time watching TV shows (currently Kim Possible, because I am nostalgic), doing my nails, or playing games. I am a huge nerd, and I love Science Fiction in book, movie, and game form. I especially love things like Doctor Who, Sherlock, Firefly, Supernatural, and cartoons like My Little Pony and Legend of Korra.

I have a boyfriend (J) and he is the best person that I could possibly have in my life. He gives me a lot of strength and joy, and I love getting to visit him. He lives three hours away from me and, with no car, that means I can only see him on holidays and some weekends.

I was also recently diagnosed with adult ADHD and major depression, and that has been proving to be a big part of my life. After a year, I think I almost have my depression under control with the help of medicines, but my ADHD proves to be more difficult, especially without medication. I have been working on self-help therapies to try and get it more under control.
